The Adopt-A-Tree
Program is designed to allow the community to honor a loved one, commemorate
an event, or acknowledge a person by placing a name on an Arboretum tree.
A tree will be selected and identified with a plaque and a card recognizing
the donation will be sent to the person honored or their family.

Curry Building Rental
The
Curry Building at the Arboretum is available at the rate of $50 per hour.
However, if you are a member of the Arboretum Association, there is no
charge, but you must register, in person, at the Webster Parks and
Recreation Office, 985 Ebner Rd. If there is no previously scheduled program,
then the building may be reserved. Please consider the building's use
a privilege and leave it as clean as when you arrived. Please take remaining
food home. If you bag your garbage and leave it, it will be taken care
of, but please bag it. There normally are three 8-foot tables and
approximately 25 chairs. The small kitchen contains a stove top, small
refrigerator, sink, and 2 coffee pots (no oven). There are two beautiful
picnic benches on the patio under the pergola, as well as electrical outlets.

Rochester Area Charitable Foundation
This
year, with the guidance of Treasurer Bud Saylor, $3,700 was placed in
an account with the Rochester Area Charitable Foundation. When this amount
reaches $25,000, the interest (currently in the 15% range) will be returned
to the Association for needs and upkeep at the Arboretum. This offers
a wonderful opportunity to memorialize a friend or relative into preservation
and perpetuity of the Arboretum. If you are interested in making a donation
to the Foundation, please call Bud at 872-5024.

Association T-Shirts and Hats
